Briana Kiliku, PA-CPhysician Assistant
Briana Kiliku is a dedicated Physician Assistant who is passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, health, and overall quality of life. Originally from Central Florida, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida, graduating cum laude, before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at South College, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List.
During her clinical training, Briana gained experience in emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, psychiatry, and surgery, developing strong skills in patient care, diagnostics, and procedural medicine. She joined Optimotion Orthopaedics in 2025, providing care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, assisting in surgical care, and guiding patients through recovery and rehabilitation.
Briana is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Florida Board of Medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
